Guangdong - Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings (HKG:1396) booked 73 million yuan in attributable profit for 2025, swinging from a loss of 1.83 billion yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Shares of the residential property developer were up over 11% in Tuesday morning trade.
Earnings per share were 0.067 yuan, compared with a loss of 3.319 yuan per share in the prior year.
Revenue fell nearly 62% year on year to 1 billion yuan, figures showed.
The firm did not recommend a final dividend for the year.
