UWM (UWMC) said Monday that the actions of Two Harbors Investment's (TWO) management and board "do not reflect the best interest of their shareholders."

On Friday, Two Harbors Investment said it has terminated its previously announced deal with UWM and entered into the merger agreement with CrossCountry.

Shares of UWM were up 3.4%, while Two Harbors Investment's stock was down 0.1% in Monday trading.
