KMD Brands (ASX:KMD, NZE:KMD) requested a voluntary suspension of its shares on the New Zealand's Exchange from Monday while continuing its suspension on the Australian Securities Exchange as it finalizes the terms of a capital raise, bank refinancing, and its half-year financial results, according to a same-day Australian and New Zealand bourse filing.
The company was placed in a trading halt on both exchanges on March 25, per the filing.
The voluntary suspension will continue until either the company discloses the proposed transactions or the market opens on Tuesday, whichever comes first, the filing added.
