InnoScience (Suzhou) Technology (HKG:2577) booked 840.5 million yuan in attributable loss for 2025, narrowing from a loss of 1.05 billion yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Shares of the gallium-nitride-on-silicon wafer manufacturer were down nearly 5% in late morning trade Monday.
Loss per share was 0.95 yuan, compared with 1.28 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue rose 46% year on year to 1.21 billion yuan, figures showed.
