Brent crude rises 3.2% to $116.2 a barrel and is up 60% on the month, while WTI gains 2.2% to $101.81 a barrel. BP, Shell and TotalEnergies all rise around 1.5%. Norway's Equinor gains 2.5%. Spain's Repsol and Italy's Eni are up around 1.3%. (adam.whittaker@wsj.com)
