Better Home & Finance (BETR) said Tuesday it has expanded its warehouse credit facility capacity to $350 million from $175 million.
The funding was provided by an unnamed "global banking institution."
The company said the expansion increases its total warehouse capacity to $750 million from $575 million.
"As we head into what we expect to be a significant period of origination growth over the next few months, expanding our total warehouse capacity to $750 million will help us meet increasing borrower demand," said treasurer Rob Wilson.
