Cynata Therapeutics (ASX:CYP) said the 100-day primary evaluation period was completed for the final participant enrolled in its phase two clinical trial of its CYP-001 drug candidate in adults with acute graft versus host disease, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

A total of 65 participants were enrolled in the trial, and the participants were randomized to receive either steroids plus CYP-001 or steroids plus placebo.

The primary endpoint is the overall response rate at day 28, and results are anticipated in June.
