Datacentrex (DTCX) said late Tuesday it completed its public offering of 4.51 million common shares and 5.76 million pre-funded warrants at a public offering price of $2 per share for gross proceeds of $20.17 million.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
