Acrometa (SGX:43F) said it had decided to terminate the proposed disposal of its subsidiary, Acro Harvest Engineering, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the investment holding company were down over 5% in Thursday trading.

Following the termination, Acro Harvest will remain the company's subsidiary.
