Technology stocks were declining premarket Tuesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.8% and the iShares Expanded Tech Sector ETF (IGM) 1.1% lower.

Broadcom (AVGO) said in a filing that it entered into a long-term agreement with Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google to develop and supply custom tensor processing units for Google's future generations of TPUs. Shares of Broadcom were up more than 3% pre-bell.
