Playtika Holding (PLTK) said Monday it is undertaking a review and evaluation of strategic alternatives across its portfolio in a bid to "enhance" shareholder value.

A special committee of the company's board has retained Morgan Stanley (MS) to act as financial adviser in connection with the move.

Playtika shares were up 4% in premarket activity.
