Telix Pharmaceuticals (ASX:TLX) reported strong US PSMA PET diagnostic sales in the first quarter, with a 5% rise, as focus shifts to regulatory updates for its investigational imaging agents Pixclara and Zircaix, Jefferies said Tuesday in a note.

Jefferies expects the company to grow its PSMA PET diagnostic market share over the medium term, driven by approval of Gozellix product, which is projected to expand its addressable US PET scanners by 15%.

The brokerage boosted its fiscal 2026 net profit after tax estimate to $3.3 million from $2 million, also updating its forecast for US and EU PSMA PET diagnostic sales, including US volumes of around 134,200 doses, up from 133,000 doses expected before.

The company maintained its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of $950 million to $970 million, compared with Jefferies' forecast of $965 million.

Jefferies kept its buy rating and raised its price target to AU$24.30 from AU$23.40.
