Apparel manufacturer PDS (NSE:PDSL, BOM:538730) said its wholly owned subsidiary, PDS Brands, has been struck off, effective April 7, as part of efforts to streamline its corporate structure, according to a same-day Indian bourse filing.

Shares of the company rose 3% in Wednesday's trading.

As a result, PDS Brands has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company, the filing said.
