Mayfair Gold (MINE) filed a shelf prospectus with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday for the sale of up to 250 million Canadian dollars ($182 million) of securities over a 25-month period.
The securities cover common shares, warrants, subscription receipts, and units that could be offered individually or in combination from time to time, according to the filing.
