Spyre Therapeutics (SYRE) said late Tuesday it priced its upsized underwritten public offering of 6.5 million shares at $62 apiece for gross proceeds of about $403 million.

The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $60.5 million of shares at the offering piece.

The offering is expected to close on or about Thursday.
