Cal-Maine Foods could be named in a Justice Department antitrust lawsuit against egg producers, The Wall Street Journal reported. Shares fell 3% to $73.99 in after-hours trading Friday.
Celanese plans to raise prices for several of its products because of supply-chain disruptions. The stock rallied 1% to $62.73 after closing down 9% after the bell.
Fermi said its chief executive departed. Shares dropped 23% to $5.04.
