Washington Trust Bancorp (WASH) stock was down 12%, a day after the company posted lower Q1 revenue that also trailed analysts' estimates.

Apple (AAPL) shares were marginally down by 0.2%, a day after the company said that Tim Cook will become executive chairman after a nearly 15-year stint as chief executive officer, effective Sept 1.
