Ulta Beauty (ULTA) collaborated with Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google to launch new AI-based shopping features, including integration across Google platforms and a new digital assistant, the companies said Wednesday.

Financial terms were not provided.

Ulta's product range will be available for browsing and purchase within Google's AI-driven search and app interfaces, allowing users to review options and complete transactions within those environments, according to the companies.

Ulta is also introducing an AI assistant on its website, with plans to extend it to its mobile app, using Google technology to support product discovery and recommendations, the companies said.
