PR Times (TYO:3922) said it will hold its annual shareholder meeting on May 27 and propose a dividend of 13.8 yen per share along with board and auditor appointments, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The company proposed electing five directors, including three outside members, and one corporate auditor, while also seeking approval for restricted stock compensation for directors.

PR TIMES said the dividend payout will total about 186.4 million yen with an effective date of May 28.
