1200 GMT - ASOS appears to be making progress in the right direction, particularly within core regions such as the U.K., Shore Capital analysts Katie Cousins and Clive Black say in a note. Margin progress and reduced return rates are encouraging and provide evidence of management executing its turnaround strategy as planned, the analysts say. The company might focus on further customer engagement, including through the app, membership and marketing strategy during the second half at a time when continuing uncertainty in the Middle East and the impact on pricing remain headwinds to consumer confidence, they add. Shares are 4.4% higher. (andrea.figueras@wsj.com)
