1223 ET - Sentiment around Boston Beer seems to have improved, UBS analysts say in a research note. From a brand perspective, Sun Cruiser remains strong, with sales up sharply over the past 13 weeks, the analysts say. At the same time, trends have gotten "less bad" for Twisted Tea and Truly, whose tracked sales fell about 7% and 13%, respectively, in the recent period. That marks an improvement from last quarter, when sales fell 12% and 16%, respectively. The analysts note that while Boston Beer is likely facing some incremental cost pressures, most still expect the company to maintain its outlook for the year.
