0351 GMT - LTM's 4Q performance points to sluggish trends amid rising challenges for the IT services provider, Citi analyst Surendra Goyal says in a note. The bank cites decision-making delays, intensifying competition for large deals and margins failing to benefit despite the rupee's gains among the key headwinds. Citi remains cautious on the sector, citing the continued impact of AI on existing business. The bank maintains a sell rating citing its high valuation and cuts its target price to 3,850 rupees from 3,945 rupees after revising down its FY 2027-2028 EPS estimates. The stock was recently at 4,440 rupees. (venkat.pr@wsj.com)
