Kailera Therapeutics (KLRA) said Monday it has closed its initial public offering of about 44.9 million shares, including the exercise in full by the underwriters of an option to buy nearly 5.9 million additional shares, at $16 per share, for gross proceeds of $718.8 million.

All of the shares were offered by the company, according to a statement.
