Shares of Compass Therapeutics rose after the company said it would host a webcast to review data from its Phase 2/3 study of a potential treatment for advanced biliary tract cancer.

The stock gained 12% to $5.65 in after-hours trading on Friday. Through market close, shares are down 6.3% this year.

The clinical stage biopharmaceutical company said it would review topline secondary endpoints from the study on Monday at 8 a.m. ET. The trial assessed tovecimig in combination with paclitaxel in patients with advanced biliary tract cancer.

The company has previously said that tovecimig is its lead asset. Chief Executive Thomas Schuetz said last month that upcoming data release for tovecimig could be transformational for the company.
