Veradermics (MANE) said late Wednesday it priced its upsized public offering of 3.8 million common shares at $100 per share for gross proceeds of about $384.4 million.

The company has provided the underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to 576,568 additional common shares, it said.

Concurrently, the company entered a securities purchase deal to sell a total of 300,000 pre-funded warrants at $99.99999 per share to certain entities affiliated with Suvretta Capital in a private placement, with expected gross proceeds of roughly $30 million, according to Veradermics.

Veradermics said it anticipates closing the offering and the private placement on Friday.

Shares of the company were down 3.3% in premarket trade.
