0734 GMT - Wilmar International's refining margins could remain under pressure, says DBS Group Research's William Simadiputra in a note, citing crude palm oil's strong price trend. The commodities market volatility also poses a key risk to the Singapore-listed agribusiness's earnings performance, he says. Still, he keeps his earnings projections for the company unchanged for now, as losses from hedging activities are expected to reverse in the coming quarters when physical transactions are settled. DBS maintains its hold rating and S$3.60 target price. Shares are down 8.9% at S$3.49 after earlier dropping as much as 10%.(megan.cheah@wsj.com)
