Chain owner Brinker International says on an F3Q earnings call that early sales of the sandwich have been encouraging, and helping as some customers reduce their spending on alcohol and desserts. Traffic at Chili's in F3Q declined slightly, but Brinker says visits are growing again and expect visits to remain up this year. Brinker International surges 12%.
