APi Group (APG) may offer and sell common stock, preferred stock and debt securities from time to time, according to a shelf registration statement filed on Thursday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said the securities could be issued in one or more offerings, with specific terms, including pricing and amounts, to be detailed in future.

APi said the net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, unless stated otherwise.
