GalaxyEdge Acquisition (GLED) has entered into a merger agreement with Rongcheng, valuing the deal at around $350 million, and setting the stage for the waste management company's public listing, Rongcheng said Friday.

Following the merger with the special purpose acquisition company, Rongcheng will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the combined company.
