Neutron Holdings (LIME), a provider of shared electric urban mobility vehicles, plans an initial public offering, it said Friday.

The number of shares and price range for the offering have yet to be determined, the company said.

Lime plans to list its shares on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "LIME," it said.
