Artiva Biotherapeutics (ARTV) priced its underwritten offering of about 23.9 million common shares at $11.52 per share and, in lieu of common shares for certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase about 2.2 million common shares at $11.52 per share, for a total of approximately $300 million.

The company expects to close the offering on or about May 11, according to a Friday statement from Artiva.

Shares of Artiva Biotherapeutics were up more than 17% premarket Friday.
