Harrow (HROW) reported Q1 earnings late Monday of $0.74 per diluted share, widening from a loss of $0.50 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected a loss of $0.35.
Revenue for the three months ended March 31 was $44.2 million, down from $47.8 million a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $52.4 million.
The company kept its full-year 2026 revenue guidance at $350 million to $365 million.
Analysts expect $351.4 million.
Shares of Harrow were down nearly 9% during after-hours trading.
