Liquidia shares rose to an all-time high as the company's product sales drove a surge in first-quarter revenue.

Shares of the biopharmaceutical company focused on cardiopulmonary diseases rose 17% on Monday to $49.56. The stock reached an all-time high of $50.50 on Monday.

The company posted a first-quarter profit of $52.9 million, or 52 cents a share, compared with a profit of $38.4 million, or 45 cents a share, a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected 41 cents a share.

Revenue climbed to $132.9 million from $3.1 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $119.4 million. The growth was driven by sales of the Yutrepia treatment for pulmonary hypertension. Product sales of Yutrepia were $129.9 million in the quarter, the company said.

The company began shipping Yutrepia to U.S. customers in June, following approval by the Food and Drug Administration on May 23, 2025.
