Cevian Capital II raised its stake in the British medical-device maker to 91,462,095 shares. Cevian Capital did so through the purchase of 9,774,959 Smith & Nephew shares from March 17 through May 1 at per share prices ranging from $15.44 to $17.06.

Following the latest purchases, Cevian Capital owns a 10.7% stake in Smith & Nephew's outstanding stock. Shares of Smith & Nephew have lost approximately 8.3% of their value since the beginning of this year.

Decreases in Holdings

Kinetik Holdings $(KNTK)$

ISQ Global Fund II lowered its stake in the midstream energy services company to 19,098,785 shares. ISQ Global Fund did so through the sale of 1,071,107 Kinetik Holdings shares from April 22 through April 30 at per share prices ranging from $48 to $51.07.

Following the latest sales, ISQ Global Fund continues to own a 21.9% stake in Kinetik Holdings' outstanding stock. Shares of Kinetik Holdings have gained roughly 32.6% in value since the beginning of this year.

Concentrix $(CNXC)$

Groupe Bruxelles Lambert lowered its stake in the customer experience services provider to 2,773,667 shares. Groupe Bruxelles Lambert did so through the sale of six million Concentrix shares on April 29 in a block trade pursuant to Rule 144 at a price of $22.25 per share.

Following the latest sale, Groupe Bruxelles Lambert continues to own a 4.6% stake in Concentrix's outstanding stock, placing Groupe Bruxelles Lambert below the 5% threshold that would require it to report any further purchases or sales. Shares of Concentrix have lost roughly 42.2% of their value since the beginning of this year.

Radcom $(RDCM)$

Lynrock Lake lowered its stake in the Israeli telecommunications service-assurance company to 2,999,074 shares. Lynrock Lake did so through the sale of 167,592 Radcom shares from April 23 through April 28 at per share prices ranging from $15.42 to $16.14.

Following the latest sales, Lynrock Lake continues to own a 17.9% stake in Radcom's outstanding stock. Shares of Radcom have gained approximately 24.2% in value since the beginning of this year.

AST SpaceMobile (ASTS)

Rakuten Mobile lowered its stake in the satellite-based cellular broadband network operator to 15,510,078 shares. Rakuten Mobile did so through the sale of 5,510,077 AST SpaceMobile shares from April 27 through May 5 at per share prices ranging from $65.33 to $76.31, which completed a previously disclosed Rule 10b5-1 trading plan.

Following the latest sales, Rakuten Mobile continues to own a 5.3% stake in AST SpaceMobile's outstanding stock. Shares of AST SpaceMobile have lost roughly 15.2% of their value since the beginning of this year.
