ARK Innovation ETF and ARK Next Generation Internet ETF acquired shares of Cerebras Systems (CBRS) through the chipmaker's initial public offering, according to Friday disclosures.

The ETFs are under Catherine Wood's Ark Invest investment management firm.

ARK Innovation ETF acquired 71,655 Cerebras shares valued at about $22.3 million, while ARK Next Generation Internet ETF acquired 33,961 shares valued at about $10.6 million, the disclosures showed.
