Rumble (RUM) said Wednesday 5.7 million Northern Data shares were tendered in the initial acceptance period for its exchange offer, bringing total secured shares to about 81.3% of Northern Data's outstanding shares.

The company said the additional acceptance period will run from May 15 through June 1, and reiterated its final exchange ratio of 2.0281 shares of Rumble Class A common stock for each Northern Data share.

Rumble said closing of the exchange offer is expected in mid-June 2026.
