CLEVELAND, May 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyster-Yale, Inc. $(HY)$ announced today that the Board of Directors increased its regular cash dividend from 36 cents to 36.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable on both Class A and Class B Common Stock and will be paid June 16, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2026.
