GSR V Acquisition (GSRV) priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 each, the blank-check company said late Wednesday.
IPO underwriters have a 45-day overallotment option to purchase up to 3 million additional units.
Each unit consists of one class A shares and one-seventh of one right, with each right entitling the holder to receive one share upon the consummation of an initial business combination.
The company expects its units to start trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol GSRVU Thursday, while its shares and rights are expected to trade under the symbols GSRV and GSRVR, respectively.
The company expects the IPO to close Friday.
