TD Cowen's Derek Lessard says the quarter's "solid" results were driven by strong Ebitda margins, improving industry conditions, share gains and acquisitions. "While 1.7% same-store sales was modestly below expectations, revenue was in line on stronger new store contributions," he says. The analyst continues to see a clear runway for outperformance compared with peers, supported by Boyd's growing scale and density in the U.S. Southeast.
