Corporacion Inmobiliaria Vesta (VTMX) has priced its global follow-on offering, comprising about 1.2 million American depositary shares at $34.62 each in the US and 58.1 million common shares at 59.50 Mexican pesos ($3.46) each in Mexico, the company said Thursday.

International underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 10.5 million additional common shares represented by ADSs.

The industrial real estate company said each ADS represents 10 common shares and that the offering is expected to close on May 18.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to support its growth strategy.
