Equinix (EQIX) is expanding its Fabric Geo Zones offering globally, the data center company said Thursday.

Fabric Geo Zones will be available in preview on Thursday across Australia, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, the UK, and the US, with the EU to follow next month, the company said.

The product works across various clouds to keep data within defined geographic boundaries, the company said.
