Inspired Entertainment (INSE) said late Monday that James Richardson has stepped own from his role as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

The board has promoted Craig Wilson, its vice president of finance and accounting, to the role of executive vice president and CFO, effective May 14, the company said.

Richardson will assist with the transition for three months, it said.
