Iren (IREN) has acquired its external marketing partner and creative and media agency Awaken, Iren said Monday.

As part of the deal, Awaken will stop independent operations, with its senior members to join Iren under executive employment agreements.

The firm's founder and chief executive, Chris Parker, will lead Iren's brand and marketing strategy, the company said.
