PORTSMOUTH, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 18, 2026-- 

The Board of Directors of Albany International Corp. $(AIN)$ today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share on the Company's Class A Common Stock.

The dividend is payable July 7, 2026, to shareholders of record on June 5, 2026.
