CGI (GIB) has expanded its strategic partnership with Posti through a new eight-year agreement focused on omnichannel communications solutions, CGI said Tuesday.
The partnership covers the full communications value chain, including printing, distribution and digital messaging services, with the companies aiming to improve delivery reliability, customer reach and cost predictability for organizations, CGI said.
The companies also plan to develop new solutions around Posti's OmaPosti platform, which is used by 2.7 million people in Finland, to support digital customer engagement and communication management, CGI said.
Financial details of the expanded partnership were not disclosed.
