JAKKS Pacific (JAKK) said Monday it extended its licensing agreement with Stanley Black & Decker (SWK) for its BLACK+DECKER-branded toy products through 2028.

Financial terms were not provided.

The agreement covers role-play toy products in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia, the company said.

JAKKS Pacific said the renewal also expands the partnership into additional product categories and retail channels.
