0923 GMT - Lendlease Global Commercial REIT's reconfiguration works at its Singapore shopping center PLQ Mall could boost rent increases from calendar 2027, says Maybank Securities' Liu Miaomiao in a note. The real-estate investment trust's fiscal 3Q operating metrics were robust, the analyst says, with rent increases at PLQ Mall "in the teens." She expects this to be sustained up to the end of 2026 as reconfiguration works are slated to complete then, with stronger gains likely to come after.
