0322 GMT - AEM Holdings' earnings recovery cycle looks strong, UOB Kay Hian's John Cheong says in a research report. The test solutions provider lifted its 2026 revenue guidance by 20% to between 550 million Singapore dollars and S$600 million, the analyst notes. The company's fabless AI and high-performance computing customer is continuing high-volume production ramp-up and on track to become AEM's largest customer in 2026. Its PC and foundry customer is also seeing healthy recovery in demand. The brokerage boosts its earnings estimates for AEM by 94% for 2026, 80% for 2027, and 101% for 2028 on the higher-than-expected revenue guidance. It lifts the stock's target price to S$12.99 from S$4.70 with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 5.3% lower at S$8.52. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
