1005 GMT - Great Portland Estates needs to reduce its debt further to justify the risks it is taking with new property developments, Berenberg's Tom Musson says in a note. Nevertheless, the British property developer's financial position has improved and has likely passed the period of highest debt levels, Musson says. Strong demand and limited supply for high-quality office space are likely to continue supporting the company's earnings and the value of its assets in the near term, he adds.
