Prospect Capital (PSEC) said late Wednesday it has sold its portfolio company, Valley Electric, to MYR Group.

The transaction is expected to close on or about July 1 for consideration of about $328 million, subject to net asset, other post-closing purchase price adjustments, and earn-out payment, the company said.
